Extremadura EDIH :Tech for Efficiency

Tech4E is a joint competence centre constituted by a cohesive group of 11 entities, integrated by competence centres, business support organizations and innovation facilitators fully connected at the EU level to foster fruitful interactions with external SMEs to lead the digitalization and business journey of companies and services to the society in the above described areas. Tech4E EDIH aims is entirely aligned with the transformation of a greener and more digitalized Europe with the use of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and High-performance computing. In the project time framework, multiple services for EU SMEs will be provided in the types of Testing and experiments, Training services, Financing search support and Innovation ecosystems and networks.

The work plan has been designed to execute the tasks required in the specifications and deploy the contractual deliverables with the maximum of efficiency, while reaching the maximum impact amongst the innovation and digitalization in the enterprise ecosystem and within the wider public in general.

It will include 4 core work packages (WP2 to 5) corresponding to the four main objectives of the proposal, plus one management work package (WP1) and another for communication (WP6). The WPs are all highly synergetic, but each has individual objectives and focus

The structure of the work packages follows a logic coherence with the life cycle of the designed project objectives, activities and deliverables. The adequate project implementation, following each of the WPs, will ensure the competition of the project’s objectives. These objectives have been mentioned in point 1.1 and are in line with the objectives of the call.

Furthermore, this infographic shows the relation between the objectives and the work packages. This EDIH has built the strategy among them, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
